Emotions in sports and leisure

What do you like to do most in your free time? Travel? Spend time with your loved ones? Sing in a choir? Doing voluntary work? Go jogging? Maybe even training for a marathon? Thinking about these activities probably warms your heart, because they are associated with pleasant feelings. Such positive emotions make us satisfied and happy and can also spur us on to great achievements.

On the other hand, there are also those negative feelings such as “I should...” or “I just can't get myself together” or “I'd love to, but I can't do it”, which stop us from doing things that are actually good for us.
Emotions - both positive and negative - have a major influence on our actions and in this live-talk we want to look at how we can consciously use positive feelings to our advantage and how we can recognize negative feelings and help prevent them from paralyzing us.
